[Flow from order to delivery 🚚]

STEP 1. Arranging the product (10 to 20 business days after ordering)

After payment confirmation, your order will be sent to the manufacturer on the next business day.

→ As our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, the manufacturing process takes approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the design and material availability.

→ Once production is completed, we will inspect each item, carefully package it, and prepare it for shipment.

STEP 2. Shipping from overseas to your country (15 to 25 business days after ordering)

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped from our overseas warehouse via international logistics.

→ Air transportation will take 5-10 business days, followed by customs clearance in your country.

→ After customs clearance, your order will be transferred to a local distribution center for final processing.

STEP 3. Domestic delivery by local courier (18 to 30 business days after ordering)

→ Once cleared by customs, your order will be handed over to a local courier for final delivery, typically within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and local shipping conditions.

[Delivery failure/Return to sender/Abandoned package]

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or contact information, it will be returned at your expense.

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be held at the courier’s local facility for pick-up.

• Failure to collect the package may result in it being returned to us, and all return shipping & duty costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Packages left unclaimed for 30 days will be disposed of, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
