**Returns and Exchanges**
**For Customers Outside the EU**
(1) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds for Defective Products**
- If the product has defects as defined below, we will exchange it free of charge within **6 days of receipt**.
- If the desired exchange item is out of stock, a **full refund (including shipping costs)** will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for the disposal of defective items.

**Eligible Exchange Conditions**:
- The actual size is significantly different from the listed size (1-3 cm differences are not eligible).
- The product has visible defects such as cuts or holes.
- The received color is clearly different from the ordered color.
- Missing buttons or significant defects affecting wearability.

**Non-Eligible Return Conditions**:
- Returns/exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., color, size).
- Some overseas products (e.g., jeans/denim) may not have buttonholes. Customers must create them if necessary.
- Products without original tags (considered used once the tag is removed).
- Products missing labels or receipts.
- Items received **more than 6 days ago**.
- Used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned products.
- Items with stains, odors, or scratches from customer handling.
- Loose threads, wrinkles, or minor sewing issues common in overseas manufacturing.
- Products with **1-3 cm size variation**.

(2) Cancellation After Ordering**
- **Cancellations are not accepted** after an order has been processed.

(3) Size Exchanges After Delivery**
- **Size exchanges are not accepted** after the item has been delivered.

(4) Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure**
- Customers are responsible for reshipment fees due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is **returned to our warehouse after 30 days**, it will be discarded without refund.

 **For EU Residents**
- We accept **returns and exchanges within 30 days** of receipt if you are not completely satisfied.
- Merchandise must be **unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached**.
- Clearance or sale items are **final sale and non-returnable**.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable).
- Customers must cover return shipping costs.

**Return Process:**
1. Include a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip.
2. Mail your return to the designated address provided via email.
3. Upon receipt, exchanges will be shipped, or refunds will be issued within **5-7 business days**.
4. A tracking number is required for all returns.
